Waynaa is a location-based platform that helps people discover nearby businesses and offers, and helps businesses publish offers and coupons. You can browse the Service as a guest; certain features (such as saving places or redeeming coupons) require you to sign in.

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account.
• You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

• Offers and coupons are provided by the listed businesses, not by Waynaa. The business is solely responsible for honouring its offers and for the goods or services it provides.
• Coupons may have validity periods, quantity limits, and single-use restrictions. A coupon is tied to your account and may not be transferred, sold, or duplicated.
• We may verify redemptions (including location and timing) to prevent fraud, and may void coupons obtained or used in violation of these Terms.

If you register a business, you represent that you are authorised to do so. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your business details, images, and offers, and you grant Waynaa a licence to display that content within the Service. Offers must be genuine and honoured as published.

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights using the Service.
• Attempt to defraud the coupon system, create fake accounts, or manipulate trending or redemptions.
• Interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Upload unlawful, misleading, or offensive content.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to Waynaa and is protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of content you submit.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that listings, offers, distances, or business information are always accurate, available, or uninterrupted. Your dealings with any business are solely between you and that business.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waynaa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from offers, coupons, or businesses listed on the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
